SYNTHETIC CHLORINE-FREE WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is a high quality emulsifying cutting fluid that can be used for several universal applications in metalworking. It’s dedicated to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals and is highly inhibited against bacterial growth. Exhibits excellent lubricity characteristics, making the product suitable for a whole variety of machining applications while maintaining machine cleanliness and operator acceptability.

APPLICATIONS
SYNTHETIC CHLORINE-FREE WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL can be used for machining or grinding of ferro- and non-ferro metals. Mix emulsions with water by adding concentrate to water or use a suitable proportioning mixer unit. Recommended concentrations can very depending on operations, materials, tooling, coolant pressure. The oil has to be stored inside in a closed packing.
