DESCRIPTION

HVI RED TACKY GEAR OIL 80W90 is a unique red tacky gear oil formulated with premium quality high VI base oil and a tackiness agent, rust and corrosion inhibitor, extreme pressure anti-wear additives, pour point depressant and foam inhibitors. It meets and exceeds the requirements of API GL-5 and SAE J2360.

APPLICATIONS

HVI GEAR OIL 80W90 meets and exceeds API GL-5 and SAE J2360. It’s recommended for differentials and conventional transmissions in passenger cars and trucks where GL-5 type lubricant is specified. It’s also suitable for off highway industries equipment, including construction, mining, quarrying, and agriculture. Could be applied to heavy duty industrial and automotive applications involving hypoid gears operating under conditions where high speed/shock load, high speed/low torque, and/or low speed/high torque prevail.
