DESCRIPTION
HVI EP LITHIUM RED GREASE NLGI-3 is high performance multi-purpose lithium grease fortified with polymers, anti-wear agents, tackiness additives, high viscosity base oils, plus rust and oxidation inhibitors. It’s recommended for most types of industrial and automotive service, including heavy duty applications where high unit pressures or shock loads are present. It provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist wash-out. Suitable for use in heavy duty transportation, construction equipment, mining, agricultural tractors, logging and forestry, offshore drilling operations, marine deck equipment and quarrying application.

- Distinctive Red color quickly identifies the grease and helps detect defective bearing seals
- Reduced wear under heavy or shock loading and vibration for good equipment reliability
- Extreme pressure protection – Exceeds 70 pounds OK load in the ASTM D-2509 Timken Test
- Adhesively-tacky grease that “stays in place and lubricates”
- Superior water washout resistance
APPLICATIONS
- Recommended for automotive and industrial bearings in on-highway and off-highway vehicles
- Ideal chassis lubricant for “on & off road” equipment in agriculture, construction, logging, trucking, and mining
- Engineered for environments where severe water washing or shock loading protection is required
- Highly recommended for industrial plain bearings and anti-friction bearings
- Proven performance in wet, dirty, or high-impact operational conditions
- Note: Not recommended for standard centralized dispensing systems unless specifically designed for high-tack grease
