SS-30™ Extreme Anti-Seize & Thread Lubricant

DESCRIPTION

SS-30™ Extreme literally copper plates mating and sliding surfaces to provide protection against seizure, galling, and heat-freeze. SS-30 Extreme’s high content of copper particles prevents metal-to-metal contact, maintaining lubrication qualities under wide variations of temperature, expansion, contraction and cyclic loadings.

SS-30 Extreme contains a high content of micro size, pure copper flakes that are homogenized into a complex grease-base. It contains no lead or graphite, does not require mixing, and will not separate, settle out, harden, or dry out in storage. It is fortified with anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors.

SS-30 Extreme is easy to use, brushes on readily, and adheres tenaciously – even on wet or oily surfaces. It brushes evenly into thread roots and over any surface, assuring complete and efficient coverage.

SS-30 Extreme is specially formulated for subsea fittings, protecting them from pitting and breakage. It works equally well on a wide range of similar and dissimilar metals and mating parts, including steel, cast iron, brass, plastics, titanium gasket materials and packings. SS-30 is conductive and works well in protecting electrical contacts from corrosion.
