DESCRIPTION

HIGH-TECH HVI EP GREASE NLGI-3 is high performance multi-purpose lithium grease fortified with polymers, anti-wear agents, tackiness additives, high viscosity base oils, plus rust and oxidation inhibitors. It’s recommended for most types of industrial and automotive service, including heavy duty applications where high unit pressures or shock loads are present. It provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist wash-out. Suitable for use in heavy duty transportation, construction equipment, mining, agricultural tractors, logging and forestry, offshore drilling operations, marine deck equipment and quarrying application.

◆ Extreme pressure protection – Exceeds 70 pounds OK load in the ASTM D-2509 Timken Test.
◆ Adhesively-tacky grease that “stays in place and lubricates.”

APPLICATIONS

◆ Recommended for automotive and industrial bearings in on-highway & off-highway vehicles.
◆ An idea chassis lubricant for “on & off road” equipment in agriculture, construction, logging, trucking and mining service where severe water washing or shock loading protection is needed.
◆ Recommended for industrial plain bearings and anti-friction bearings operating under shock-loads or wet and dirty conditions.

※NOT recommended for centralized dispensing systems commonly found in industrial plants unless they are capable of pumping a grease of this type.
